100 Miles is a long way.
I'm training for the The Naseby Great Water Race. I'm going to run 100 miles- that's 160 km. I'm really lucky I have great mates who run with me. My mate Mike is visually impaired so he keeps me company on long runs and in return I make sure he doesn't run into anything.
Wanna hear a dirty joke...? Boy fell in the mud! I heard a squeal, looked around and Mike was on his butt, three quarters submerged in a massive puddle off the side of the track. Good solid 9.5/10. Wanna hear a clean joke...? He had to run another 10km before he could go home and have a shower. Thanks for helping me train for Naseby Mike and Johnno.
